Knitting
We used the Knitting method for manufacturing the cloth. where knitting is a method by which thread or yarn is used to create a cloth. This is where the yarn is converted into knitted fabric for garment manufacturing. The knitting process is even more elaborate with the circular machines, which knit with the utmost precision and flawlessness to give you exquisite fabrics.

Dyeing
We dye the fibre by using various coloured substance and mordant to improve the fastness of the dye. Our advanced dyeing facilities ensure that the customer gets the brightest and the most accurate colors, which are double-checked for colour fastness. The natural cotton fabric is converted into AZO free dyed fabric. A modern dye house capable of processing 8 tonnes /day of knitted fabric is situated at an industrial park near Tirupur. It is equipped with a sophisticated laboratory. About 85% of water used is recovered and re-cycled using state of the art effluent treatment plant.
Cutting
We used many cutting machines like LAY Cutting,Vacuum Pressing, RIB Cutting for manufacturing.
The first stage in the manufacturing of garments is the cutting and for that pattern making is the base. Cutting is separating of the garment in to its components and in a general form it is the production process of separating (sectioning, curving, severing) a spread into garment parts that are the precise size and shape of the pattern pieces on a marker. The cutting process may also involve transferring marks and notches from the garment parts to assist operators in sewing, chopping or sectioning a spread in to blocks of pieces goods many precede precision cutting of individual patter shapes. This is done to allow for accurate matching of fabric design or easier manufacturing of cutting knife.
Once the marker is made, pattern pieces must be cut out of the specified fabric, a process called "cutting." Currently, several cutting techniques exist, ranging from low- to high-tech. Although scissors are used very rarely-only when working with very small batches or sensitive fabrics-cutting continues to be done by hand, particularly in many lower volume establishments. Here, cutters guide electric cutting machines around the perimeter of pattern pieces, cutting through the fabric stack. An electric drill may be used to make pattern notches. The accuracy and efficiency of this system is considerably less than in computerized cutting systems.

Printing & Embroidery
Embroidery and transfer printing are part of the garment units. Our embroidery divisions have sophisticated japanese and German machines using CAD/CAM designing, which enable mass scale execution of intricate embroidery in up to 9 colours. Laser cut, Sequence.
In printing we make all type of variety such as Discharge, Pigment, Plastisal, High density, Non-pvc, Photo print, Sticker print, Glitter, Foil, We go through Rotary for All Over printing, Table, Machine, MHM, & Fusing for chest printing,
